Our hay is grown for maximum nutritional value. We focus on the "Goldilocks" window of harvest—cutting when the protein is highest and the moisture is just right for curing.
We use high-quality, weed-free seed mixes tailored for our soil. Proper establishment in the first year ensures a thick, healthy stand that can provide multiple cuttings per season.

After mowing, the hay must "cure" or dry in the field. We use a tedder to toss the hay, ensuring even drying. This step is critical to prevent mold and preserve the bright green color and sweet smell.

Once the moisture drops below 15%, the baler comes out. We produce tight, consistent bales that are easy to stack and transport, keeping the nutrients locked inside until they reach the feeder.
